Iran's judiciary announced Tuesday that it has not initiated legal proceedings against a student arrested in Tehran after disrobing in public earlier this month.
"Since she was transferred to the hospital and found to be unwell, she was handed over to her family, who are currently taking care of her, and no judicial action has been taken against her," said judiciary spokesperson Asghar Jahangir.
