Three strikes targeted Beirut's southern suburbs on Wednesday evening following a call to evacuate issued by the Israeli army.
They targeted Harek Hreik and Burj al-Barajneh.
The Israeli air force carried out two more “powerful” strikes on Beirut's southern suburbs shortly after 12:30 a.m. (local time), around an hour after the second evacuation warnings were published by Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee.
According to NNA, the areas hit were also Burj al-Barajneh and Haret Hreik, the two neighborhoods mentioned earlier in the published warnings.
