At least 143 people killed in Gaza on Tuesday, according to local medical sources

The death toll from Israeli army strikes on the Gaza Strip has once again been revised upwards, according to local medical sources quoted by Al Jazeera. At least 143 people were killed as a result of Israeli raids across the enclave on Tuesday, including 132 in the northern part of the besieged Palestinian territory after the shelling of three residential buildings in Beit Lahia.

Earlier on Tuesday, Gaza's Ministry of Health announced a new death toll of 43,061 in the Palestinian territory since the start of the war over a year ago.

The death toll from Israeli army strikes on the Gaza Strip has once again been revised upwards, according to local medical sources quoted by Al Jazeera. At least 143 people were killed as a result of Israeli raids across the enclave on Tuesday, including 132 in the northern part of the besieged Palestinian territory after the shelling of three residential buildings in Beit Lahia.

Earlier on Tuesday, Gaza's Ministry of Health announced a new death toll of 43,061 in the Palestinian territory since the start of the war over a year ago.
