According to several Israeli media outlets, numerous people received fake messages on Wednesday evening urging them to take shelter.

Citing KAN News, the Jerusalem Post reported that Israeli authorities are investigating the possibility that Iran may have sent these messages. The Israeli army has denied being the source of the alerts.
