This is the painful toll of the "strike" on a football field in Majdal Shams, a Druze village located in the Golan Heights, occupied and annexed by Israel, which occurred on Saturday evening. Israel was quick to accuse Hezbollah of being responsible for the attack and vowed to take revenge. Meanwhile, Hezbollah denied any responsibility and accused Israel of wanting to pin the blame on it to justify — particularly in the eyes of the international community — escalating its strikes in Lebanon.
