After two years of reign, in the absence of a competition in 2023, Yasmina Zeytoun handed over her Miss Lebanon crown to Nada Koussa on Saturday evening.
Originally from Akkar, the new Lebanese beauty queen is 26 years old. She holds a degree in clinical psychology from Balamand University.
She was crowned at the end of a long evening, during which the 15 candidates paraded and danced in front of the eight members of the jury, including former Miss Universe (1971) Georgina Rizk.
On the second step of the podium for this 2024 edition was Sarah Leena Bou Jaoudé, with Gael Balian at her side. Melissa Kozah and Sibelle Bou Chaaya were the other two candidates to reach the final, and were ranked third and fourth runners-up respectively.
Koussa succeeds Zeytoun, who a few months ago won the title of first runner-up to Miss World.
