BEIRUT — Civil Defense teams managed to extinguish a fire that broke out on the rooftop of Le Marin restaurant on the beach in the city of Batroun, L'Orient Today's correspondent in the north reported. No one was reported injured in the incident, which took place early Tuesday afternoon at the sea-side restaurant established over 20 years ago.

Initial information indicated that an electrical malfunction was the cause of the fire and the damage was limited to material possessions.
