BEIRUT — According to the Wall Street Journal, Iranian security officials allegedly helped plan Hamas’s attack on Israel Saturday and paved the way for operation "Al Aqsa flood" at a meeting in Beirut last Monday.

The details of the operation were allegedly refined during several meetings in Beirut attended by Iranian Revolutionary Guard officers and by representatives of four Iran-backed militant groups, including Hamas and Hezbollah.
