BEIRUT — A loud explosion was heard on Tuesday night in several villages in the eastern and central Bekaa, including in areas on the outskirts of the villages of Massa and Qousaya, a security source told L'Orient Today's correspondent.
The security source attributed the explosion to the explosion of a rocket belonging to Palestinian factions in the village of Qousaya.
Ahmad Jibril's Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command (PFLP-GC), a small group known for its close ties with Syria, is based in the Bekaa, notably in Qousaya.
