BEIRUT — A 22-year-old man, Abdel Moneim Dahan, went missing on Wednesday at dawn, in the Cola neighborhood near ‘Hamza’ mosque in Beirut, the state-run National News Agency reported.
Dahan has autism, a mental disability, does not speak clearly, and does not have identification papers with him, according to the NNA.
His father, Firas al-Dahan, who came to the offices of the NNA, said he informed a police station in Beirut that his son is missing.
Abdel Moneim Dahan has blue eyes and was wearing jeans and a gray sweater before he went missing.
