BEIRUT —Members of the Lebanese Civil Defense extinguished a fire that broke out Wednesday in stalls and shops in Tripoli's Souk al-Ahad market, L'Orient Today's correspondent in northern Lebanon reported.
The origins of the fire remain unknown. There were no reported injuries, though workers found material damage.
Previously, on Feb. 10, the Civil Defense reported fire at Souk al-Ahad in Tripoli. At the time, 22 tents selling clothes and hardware had been destroyed in the blaze, without causing any injuries.
