BEIRUT — Fuel prices decreased in Lebanon for the second day in a row on Tuesday, as the national currency gained some value on the parallel market, once again trading below the symbolic LL100,000-to-the-dollar exchange rate.
Here are the new prices according to the latest tariffs announced by the Energy Ministry at 9 a.m.:
• Twenty liters of 95-octane gasoline: LL1,802,000, down by LL25,000
• Twenty liters of 98-octane gasoline: LL1,845,000, down by LL26,000
• Twenty liters of diesel: LL1,591,000, down by LL43,000
• Gas cylinder: LL1,134,000, down by LL32,000
• One kiloliter of fuel oil (used to supply private generators): at $747.43, down by $5.51
