Gasoline, diesel and domestic gas prices up, fuel oil remains unchanged

BEIRUT — Fuel prices increased in Lebanon on Tuesday, according to the latest tariffs announced by the Energy Ministry.

The increase comes while the Lebanese lira plunged on the parallel market during the day, reaching an all-time low of LL74,000 on the dollar before slightly appreciating in the early afternoon.

Here are the new prices:

• Twenty liters of 95-octane gasoline: LL1,321,000, up by LL52,000

• Twenty liters of 98-octane gasoline: LL1,352,000, up by LL53,000

• Twenty liters of diesel: LL1,295,000, up by LL50,000

• Gas cylinder: LL847,000, up by LL33,000

• One kiloliter of fuel oil (used to supply private generators): $864.48, unchanged
