BEIRUT — A six-year-old child, missing since Tuesday, was found dead on Wednesday after drowning in a pond near his family home in the village of Safinat al-Kaytah, in Akkar, North Lebanon, relatives told L'Orient Today.
Search operations had been launched the day before after the disappearance of the boy, Jawad A., according to our correspondent in the region.
