The United States expressed "deep concern" Tuesday over the progress Iran is making on its nuclear program and its improving ballistic missile capability after Tehran said it has begun producing uranium enriched to 60 percent.
"We're going to make sure we have all options available to the president," White House national security spokesperson John Kirby told a briefing in Washington.
