BEIRUT — The Energy Ministry announced a sharp increase in fuel prices Wednesday after two consecutive price drops, as the Lebanese lira lost value again on the parallel market.
Here are the new prices:
• Twenty liters of 95-octane gasoline: LL702,000, up by LL49,000
• Twenty liters of 98-octane gasoline: LL718,000, up by LL50,000
• Twenty liters of diesel: LL851,000, up by LL62,000
• Domestic gas cylinder: LL416,000, up by LL18,000
The price of the Kiloliter of fuel oil (used to supply private generators), priced at $1,078,29, remains unchanged.
