BEIRUT — Weakened by the economic crisis, COVID-19 pandemic and deteriorating state and hospital infrastructure, Lebanon is not immune to a cholera epidemic, experts have warned, including the World Health Organization.For the moment, 26 cases and one death have been confirmed, up from 18 earlier this week — all of them in northern Lebanon’s Akkar and Arsal.
