A car crashes into vehicles in front of Hariri mosque in Saida leaving two injured

BEIRUT — A vehicle crashed Saturday into other cars parked in front of the Hariri mosque, at the northern entrance to Saida in South Lebanon, injuring two passers-by.

According to L'Orient Today's correspondent in the area , the two bystanders who were injured are money changers. One of the two was seriously injured in the foot. Cars parked on the street were also damaged. The reasons for the incident are still unknown.

This development comes at a time when several clashes have taken place since Friday in Saida, one of which resulted in the death of a victim of several stab wounds.
