BEIRUT — Parliament’s Finance and Budget Committee MP Ibrahim Kanaan (FPM/Metn) on Thursday said in a tweet following the committee’s meeting that despite the committee not having fully decided on all points, the 2022 budget was passed and sent to the full Parliament.
This comes after monthslong discussions and meetings over the budget by the Finance and Budget Committee after the Cabinet approved it in February and submitted it to the committee.
