BEIRUT - Lebanese Interior Minister Bassam Mawlawi said in a statement that a revolver containing 11 bullets was found in the suitcase of a passenger departing from Beirut to Ankara, Turkey on Friday morning.

• Mawlawi said in a statement that after a traveler's suitcase was inspected “a revolver magazine containing 11 bullets was found” at Beirut International Airport. The passenger was summoned by the crew of the Turkish plane and then transferred to the judicial police.
