BEIRUT — Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri on Thursday called a parliamentary session on Feb. 21 and 22, starting at 11 a.m. each day at UNESCO Palace, the state-run National News Agency reported.
Announcing the session, the NNA reports Deputy Speaker Elie Ferzli as saying Parliament’s agenda will include “some of the most important laws put forward in the history of the Lebanese republic regarding reforms, foremost among which are the competition law, the law on the independence of the judiciary, and other important laws that deal with reform issues.”
