Premier Najib Mikati has arrived in Baghdad to meet Iraq’s PM Moustapha al-Kazimi and Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul-Jabbarhis, his office tweeted. Earlier this year, the countries agreed a convoluted deal under which Lebanon will obtain 1 million tons of fuel oil from Iraq
