Central bank Gov. Riad Salameh met with caretaker Finance Minister Ghazi Wazni today and presented proposals to decrease the lira-dollar market exchange rate. Salameh said the Minister and the central council of BDL will study the proposals over the next 24 hours, the NNA reports
