Judge Faisal Makki rejected Central Bank Gov. Riad Salameh’s objection to a decision to seize his assets, the NNA reports. Makki had issued the "precautionary seizure" ruling in July based on a lawsuit accusing Salameh of negligence, embezzlement and undermining state finances
