Adel Nassar is a lawyer registered with the bars of Beirut and Paris. He is the son of Amine Nassar (president of the Supreme Judicial Council in the 1980s during Amine Gemayel's mandate) and studied at Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Paris II University, and Harvard in Boston. He contributed to drafting the Lebanese gas and oil law and the parliamentary committee’s work on modernizing the Commercial Code. His practice focuses on arbitration, banking, construction, corporate and commercial law, and finance. He sits on the board of several companies, including major multinational insurance companies.
