A simple four-color pen brings an entire world to life. In Farid Schoucair's hands, this everyday object creates a hypnotic ballet of lines and colors, on display in the exhibition "Draw Me with BIC." On Sept. 9, 2026, two works from the Lebanese Canadian artist's "Chromatic Wheels" series joined the prestigious BIC contemporary art collection in Clichy, just outside Paris. According to the BIC Museum, he is the first artist from Lebanon and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region represented in the collection.
