On Thursday, Sept. 3, U.S. President Donald Trump welcomed a delegation of ultra-Orthodox Jewish leaders to the Oval Office. Among them were rabbis Aaron Teitelbaum and Zalman Leib Teitelbaum, rival brothers known for their anti-Zionist views. Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner also attended the meeting, which took place a week before the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah.
