The mountain of childhood: just before the Israeli 'outpost'

Akram Musallam is a Palestinian novelist born in 1971 in Talfit, a village in the Nablus governorate. An editor at the Palestinian daily al-Ayyam, he holds a master’s in international studies and a bachelor’s in Arabic literature, both from Birzeit University. He is the author of four novels, among them "The Dance of the Deep-Blue Scorpion," which has been translated into French, Italian, and English, as well as The Stork, also translated into French.
