A first in nearly nine years: Lebanese President Joseph Aoun is expected at the White House on Tuesday at the invitation of his American counterpart, Donald Trump, a few weeks after the signing of the trilateral framework agreement on June 26 between Lebanon and Israel, under U.S. auspice.
