Netanyahu government tests limits of Israel's justice system
Israel’s ministers of communications and justice intend to place themselves above the country’s highest court in a case concerning the media and press independence.

This is unprecedented. On July 5, the Israeli government said that it rejected a Supreme Court ruling concerning the work of the media.
