In recent weeks, images circulating on social media have shown the large-scale Israeli demolition of houses in Taybeh, a village in southern Lebanon. But for its residents, it's not only homes that are disappearing — it is an entire history and a collective memory that are being erased.

Taybeh, a key village in southern Lebanon's Marjayoun district, can be regarded as under Israeli occupation.
