The military prosecutor last week referred a suspect, E.D., believed to be linked to the Israeli intelligence service Mossad, to the first investigating judge at the military court, Ghada Abu Alwan, in the case of the assassination of a member of the Lebanese branch of the Quds Force of Iran's Revolutionary Guard, Mohammad Ali Kourani, who was killed on March 24 in a strike on his rented apartment in Mar Takla (Hazmieh), a senior judicial source told L’Orient-Le Jour on Thursday.E.D. was previously questioned by the Lebanese army intelligence service, before which he reportedly admitted to collaborating with Mossad, thus helping to identify the residence of Mohammad Kourani.
