At first glance, Hezbollah and the Kurdish forces of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) appear to have every reason to stand together against Syria’s new leadership.Hezbollah suffered a major setback with the fall of the Assad regime, losing its supply lines with Iran, while the SDF continues to seek autonomy in the areas it controls in the country’s North East.
