Designed by AAA (Atelier des Architectes Associés), the transformation of a constrained urban site into a vibrant university hub has earned the Academie Libanaise des Beaux Arts (Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts, ALBA) campus first prize in the Public Buildings category at the Arab Architects Awards 2025. Organized by the Association of Arab Architects, the competition celebrates architectural excellence across the Arab world and is held every two to three years. After Beirut in 2018 and Amman in 2022, the 2025 edition took place in Cairo.
