West Bank: 15 injured in attacks by Israeli settlers, including a Reuters photographer

15 people were injured in recent hours during attacks by settlers in the villages of Burin and Beita, near Nablus, in the occupied West Bank, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent.

Citing Palestinian media, The Times of Israel reported that several Palestinians were assaulted by settlers while harvesting olives in Beita. Videos circulating on social media show masked men beating Palestinians with sticks, including a Reuters photographer identified as Raneen Sawafta. Palestinian sources added that several people, including Israeli activists, were also injured in a similar attack in Burin, while they too were participating in the olive harvest, according to The Times of Israel.

Israeli settlers carried out at least 264 attacks against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank during October, the highest monthly total since the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) began recording such incidents in 2006.

Southern Lebanon: Israeli army confirms killing a Hezbollah fighter in Braasheet

Shortly after Hezbollah itself, the Israeli army confirmed that it had killed a member of the party in its drone strike on a vehicle in Braasheet (Bint Jbeil), in a message from its Arabic-speaking spokesperson, Avichay Adraee. According to him, the person killed, identified by the party as Khalil Karnib, was “involved in attempts to rebuild Hezbollah’s military infrastructure in the area.”

13 people killed by Israel in Lebanon in one week

The three new people killed today in Israeli drone strikes bring to 13 the total number of victims of Israeli strikes in Lebanon since Nov. 1, a week ago. This toll includes one person who died on November 1 from injuries sustained the day before in a strike.

The person killed in the strike on Braasheet, Khalil Karnib, was a member of Hezbollah, according to a statement issued by the party, which claimed him among its “martyrs.”

His funeral will be held tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. in his hometown of Maroun al-Ras (Bint Jbeil), the statement added.

One Palestinian killed by Israeli gunfire in central Gaza Strip

A Palestinian was killed today by Israeli army fire in the Bureij refugee camp, in central Gaza, a hospital source told al Jazeera.

Despite the cease-fire agreement in place since Oct. 10, Israeli attacks on the Palestinian enclave have killed 241 people in Gaza, with an additional 614 injured and 522 deaths of individuals whose bodies were recovered from under the rubble, according to the latest figures published by the Gaza Ministry of Health.

In total, at least 69,169 Palestinians have been killed and 170,685 others injured since the start of the Israeli offensive in the Gaza Strip on Oct. 7, 2023.

The person killed in this morning’s Israeli strike on Braasheet has been identified as Khalil Karnib, from the village of Maroun al-Ras (Bint Jbeil), according to our correspondent.

Two killed near Rashaya this morning were Hezbollah members, according to the Israeli army

The Israeli army stated in a statement that it “eliminated two Hezbollah fighters” this morning in the drone strike targeting a vehicle in the Rachaya district, southern Bekaa.

According to its Arabic-language spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, the two were members of the “Lebanese Brigades” affiliated with the party. They were allegedly involved in arms trafficking for the party, according to the Israeli army.

As usual, the army also released a video of the strike.

South Lebanon: 3 killed in Israeli drone strike in Braasheet

The Israeli drone strike on a car in Braasheet (Bint Jbeil district) killed one person and injured three others, according to our correspondent in southern Lebanon.

The identity of the person killed has not yet been confirmed.

Meanwhile, three drones are currently flying over the skies of Nabatieh Fawqa and Kfar Tibnit.

Israeli settler attacks in the West Bank reach record levels in October, UN says

Israeli settlers carried out at least 264 attacks against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank during the month of October, the highest monthly total since the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) began tracking such incidents in 2006.

In a statement, OCHA noted that these attacks, which caused multiple deaths and property damage, amounted to an average of “eight incidents per day.”

“Since 2006, OCHA has recorded more than 9,600 such attacks. About 1,500 of them have occurred this year, representing nearly 15 percent of the total,” the UN agency added.

OCHA also reported that 42 Palestinian children have been killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank since the beginning of 2025. “This means that one in five Palestinians killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank in 2025 was a child,” OCHA said.

Israel returns bodies of 15 Palestinians to Gaza following the handover of an Israeli hostage’s remains

Israel returned today the bodies of 15 Palestinians to Gaza, according to sources at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, cited by al Jazeera, following the handover of the body of an Israeli hostage returned by the Palestinian movement.

Under the terms of the fragile cease-fire agreement in effect in the Palestinian enclave since Oct. 10, Israel returned the remains of 15 Palestinians in exchange for each Israeli captive.

New Israeli strike on a vehicle in Lebanon

A new Israeli drone strike targeted a vehicle, this time between Shebaa and Rashaya al-Wadi, according to our correspondents in the Bekaa and in southern Lebanon.

The attack occurred specifically on the Faqaa road, in the Rashaya district. At least two people were killed, according to an initial report.

Hamas and Islamic Jihad hand over the body of an Israeli-Argentine hostage to Israel

The body of the hostage returned yesterday in Gaza by the Palestinian movements Hamas and Islamic Jihad has been identified as that of Israeli-Argentine citizen Lior Rudaeff, the Israeli army announced Saturday.

“Following the identification process by the National Forensic Institute … the Israeli army informed the family of Lior Rudaeff that he has been repatriated for burial,” the military said in a statement.

Rudaeff, an Israeli-Argentine, was killed on Oct. 7, 2023, in Nir Yitzhak while trying to protect the kibbutz with four other residents on the day of the Hamas attack that triggered the Gaza war. He was 61 years old, and his body was taken to Gaza that day to be used as a hostage.

Turkish arrest warrant against Netanyahu: Israel rejects “a publicity stunt by tyrant Erdogan”

Israel rejected last night the arrest warrants for “genocide” issued by Istanbul’s public prosecutor against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other ministers over the Gaza war, calling them a “publicity stunt” by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

“Israel firmly and contemptuously rejects the latest publicity stunt of tyrant Erdoğan,” wrote Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar in an English-language post on X.

“In Erdogan’s Turkey, the judicial system has long been a tool to silence political rivals and imprison journalists, judges, and mayors,” Saar added, referring in particular to Ekrem Imamoglu, the mayor of Istanbul and Erdogan’s rival, who has been imprisoned since March and faces numerous legal prosecutions.

At 8 a.m. this morning, an Israeli drone strike using two missiles targeted a utility truck near Salah Ghandour Hospital in Bint Jbeil.

Ambulances rushed to the scene, and according to initial reports from our correspondent, the strike injured seven people.

South Lebanon: strikes on excavators in Blida

In Blida, a border village with Israel in the Marjayoun district, two excavators were bombed between last night and this morning. Around 7 a.m., an Israeli drone dropped two bombs targeting construction equipment, following an earlier drone strike on an excavator during the night. The two strikes caused material damage, according to our correspondent Muntasser Abdallah.

The Israeli army regularly targets construction machinery in southern Lebanon, claiming it aims to prevent Hezbollah from rebuilding its infrastructure.

In addition, around midnight, movements of Israeli army vehicles were observed between the Raheb and Hadab positions, opposite Aita al-Shaab (Bint Jbeil district).
