BEIRUT — Fuel prices saw only slight changes on Friday in Lebanon, with gasoline rates dropping by a few thousand lira, while diesel and heating oil prices increased minimally. The price of a domestic gas cylinder remained unchanged from Tuesday.
Here are the new rates announced by the Ministry of Energy:
- 20 liters of 95-octane gasoline: LL1,569,000 (-6,000 LL)
- 20 liters of 98-octane gasoline: LL1,609,000 (-6,000 LL)
- 20 liters of diesel (for vehicles): LL1,577,000 (+3,000 LL)
- Domestic gas cylinder: LL966,000 (unchanged)
- Kiloliter of heating oil (used to power private electric generators): $724.37 (up $1.44)
