An Israeli first aid organization announced Sunday that it treated 16 injured people after missile fire from Iran, while public television broadcast images of significant damage "in the center" of Israel.

The rescuers "are providing medical care and evacuating to the hospital 16 injured, including a 30-year-old man in moderate condition," said a statement from Magen David Adom, an Israeli equivalent of the Red Cross, without specifying where these individuals were injured.

The public channel KAN 11 broadcast images of significant damage "in the center of the country," without further details, showing a multistory building with its facade completely destroyed and several severely damaged buildings around it.

"Several two-story residential buildings were severely damaged, some collapsed," described a rescuer from Magen David Adom, Moti Nissan, about one of the organization's intervention sites, without specifying which one due to restrictions imposed by military censorship.

The Israeli police said they were deployed at least two impact points, one in Haifa (north) and one in Ness Ziona (south of Tel Aviv).

Israel launched an unprecedented attack on Iran on June 13, claiming to be "preventing the country from acquiring a nuclear bomb," a goal the Islamic Republic has always denied pursuing.

Its army struck hundreds of military sites or sites linked to the Iranian nuclear program, assassinated the general staff of the armed forces and killed about 10 nuclear scientists.

Iranian missiles and drone strikes killed 25 people in Israel. In Iran, the Israeli strikes killed more than 400 and injured 3,056, mostly civilians, the Health Ministry stated Saturday.

The United States announced it had struck Iranian nuclear sites Sunday at dawn.

These American attacks "will have eternal consequences," warned Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, asserting that Iran reserved "all options to defend its sovereignty, interests and people."
