BEIRUT — Israeli airspace remains closed on Sunday for the third consecutive day, according to a statement from the Israeli Airports Authority issued as the country wakes up after another night of Iranian attacks, in response to the Israeli offensive on Tehran.
"In coordination with the security forces, Israeli airspace remains closed, Ben Gurion Airport [near Tel Aviv, editor's note] is still closed to arrivals and departures," the Authority said in its statement, "a notice concerning its reopening will be published at least 6 hours before [its reopening]."
