BEIRUT — Foreign Minister Joe Raggi met Thursday with the director responsible for the Lebanese file at the Institute of Middle East Studies, former U.S. Ambassador David Hale, to discuss the latest developments in Lebanon and the Middle East.
Hale was received the previous day by President Joseph Aoun at the Baabda Palace. The discussion between the two men also included an overview of the situation in Lebanon and the Middle East.
The former U.S. ambassador was received Wednesday by Prime Minister Nawaf Salam at the Grand Serail.
