‘Iran is no longer at the center of the European Union’s diplomatic priorities’

As the United States and Iran are set to begin a third round of discussions in Oman on the Iranian nuclear program, with the announced participation of specialized teams tasked with examining the parameters of a potential agreement, Tehran is multiplying initiatives. This includes proposing nuclear cooperation with the United States, but firmly refusing to yield on the importation of enriched uranium, an American demand. Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump downplayed fears of being "dragged" into a war by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, expressing confidence in the possibility of a diplomatic resolution.
