Armenia and Azerbaijan announced on Thursday, March 13, that they had agreed on the text of a peace deal aimed at ending four decades of bloody conflict. "The negotiation process for the text of the agreement with Armenia is complete," Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said.Yerevan, which lost control of the Nagorno-Karabakh region in September 2023, has reportedly accepted Baku's proposals on the two remaining unresolved articles of the treaty after months of negotiations.Despite this historic step, challenges remain.
