WASHINGTON — “There are no guarantees that this is not going to become a routine,” Palestinian-American Samar Saeed said with conviction. “He could be any one of us.”The PhD candidate assisted in the rapid organization of a protest by Georgetown University’s Faculty for Justice in Palestine and the graduate student organization Zeytoun just three days after Mahmoud Khalil’s arrest.
