The semi-autonomous Kurdish administration in Syria said on Tuesday that it did not endorse the outcome of a national dialogue conference that excluded it over its links to armed groups.
The Kurdish administration said in a statement that the Damascus conference, organized by Syria's interim authorities, "does not represent the Syrian people. It did not represent us... and we will not be a part of implementing its outcomes."
