Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday that the army was ready to resume fighting "at any moment" in the Gaza Strip, where a fragile cease-fire has been in effect since Jan. 19.

"We are ready to resume intense combat at any moment, our operational plans are ready," Netanyahu said in front of a new class of officers in Holon (center), broadcast live. "We will fully achieve the objectives of the war, whether through negotiation or by other means," he added.
