BEIRUT — Palestinians in Gaza are torn between ecstatic joy and cautious optimism on Wednesday evening as news came out of an agreement reached between Israel and Hamas that could bring a reprieve from and possible end to a bloody and devastating war in the besieged Strip."I almost can't believe it," said Nada Faiz, mother of one-year-old Karim. "The war is over, my house is still standing and tomorrow I'm leaving my tent and heading back home. This is a dream come true."
