The World Bank, currently holding its joint annual meetings with the International Monetary Fund in Washington, published its annual report on Friday outlining its key projects.This report is supplemented by another, released on Oct. 17, focused on the MENA region. Lebanon, whose situation is deemed highly uncertain due to security concerns, is mentioned several times in both documents.
