As the region holds its breath for a potential Iranian response to the killing of the head of Hamas’ political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, in Tehran at the end of July (which Iran attributes to Israel), Iranian latency raises fears of another threat — one of a paradigm shift in the advancement of Iran's nuclear program.
