Arabic pop, classical music, French rap, DJs: your July music calendar

Our selection includes shows staged on several of Beirut's major stages, as well as the major summer festivals.

Arabic pop, classical music, French rap, DJs: your July music calendar

Several big festivals in Lebanon announced earlier that they would not be planning any programming for the summer of 2024, in solidarity with Gaza and southern Lebanon, which have been under bombardment for months. But the tense situation hasn't stopped the majority of other concert and party organizers, who have promised quite a few spectacles. From rock to the big names in Arab pop, and an appearance by French rapper Gims, there's something for every music lover.

Every weekend during the first two weeks of July, and then almost every day until the first weekend of August, you'll find L'Orient Today's suggestions here, so you can take in the sights, or get your groove on.
