BEIRUT — Fuel prices in Lebanon increased for the second time Monday afternoon, according to the latest tariffs announced by the Energy Ministry, as the Lebanese lira hit a record low on the parallel market, trading around LL120,000 against the dollar.
Here are the new prices:
• Twenty liters of 95-octane gasoline: LL2,106,000, up by LL62,000
• Twenty liters of 98-octane gasoline: LL2,158,000, up by LL66,000
• Twenty liters of diesel: LL1,992,000, up by LL60,000
• Gas cylinder: LL1,403,000, up by LL42,000
• One kiloliter of fuel oil (used to supply private generators): unchanged at $794.55
