A maintenance dinghy carrying eight people sank on Thursday off the coast of Amchit, north of Beirut, without causing any casualties, according to the National News Agency.
The crew was rescued by the Civil Defense and the Lebanese army's marine commandos, who took the passengers to Our Lady Maritime Hospital in Jbeil.
